2 – Deliveries
Our delivery times are for information only and non-binding. In the event of a delivery delay buyers have no claim to damages and interests, nor can they refuse the goods or cancel the sale. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable events beyond our control such as fire, strike action, shortage of raw materials, etc.
3 – Reservation of title
The seller conserves the ownership of the goods sold until settlement of the full price of the goods has been received. Failure to pay for any one of the goods may result in our reclaiming the goods. These dispositions do not impede the transfer, on delivery, of the risks of loss and damage to the goods sold or the damages that they could incur.
4 – Domiciliation and jurisdiction
All our goods are payable to our place of business in Lorient. In the event of contestations and regardless of any contrary clauses included in the commercial documents, orders, etc. of our clients, any disputes will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Lorient. Our drafts or acceptance of settlements do not imply any renewal or dispensation respective to this clause concerning jurisdiction.
